As BUWOG Bau und Kunst, we very deliberately promote contemporary positions as well as the revitalisation of historical architectural gem, a commitment that derives quite naturally from our area of business. For as an established property developer with our economic possibilities, we view it as our mission to implement what, of course, are strict conservation requirements. And because our aim is to demonstrate that pioneering ideas and building concepts from the Renaissance, Baroque, Art Nouveau, Historicism and Art Deco periods also have a function in modern use.

The Historical section presents the listed villas, apartment buildings, industrial and municipal buildings that we at BUWOG Bau und Kunst have renovated, refurbished and revitalised in the last 30 years, in keeping with their style, and which now serve numerous people again as a HOME.
