The planned OTTO-QUARTIER will create new living space for the community of Wendlinge in Baden-Württemberg. In the realisation of an ambitious brownfield development, various buildings will be erected in a flood-adapted design and in implementation of the urban planning concept, which will blend in well with the surrounding buildings. With the OTTO-QUARTUIER and as part of the high-quality multi-storey residential construction, new living space with 1 to 5 rooms will be created here with a total area of around 28,800 square metres and flat layouts that meet local demand.
In addition, as part of the quarter development, the OTTO-QUARTIER will also be home to residential-related businesses, such as new medical practices and a daycare centre for local childcare, which can be accommodated here. The OTTO-QUARTIER will be a new part of Wendlingen on a site that was previously used for industrial purposes - with space for living, working and living for all generations. There will also be 485 parking spaces for stationary cars in the OTTO-Quartier.
Editorial note: Historically, this project may have been started by earlier companies or project teams that are now part of BUWOG. This project is therefore also listed on the BUWOG website for the sake of completeness. (MD)
