• From 6,500 m² gross floor area to be built
• Commercial share of up to 30 % possible (e.g. day-care centre, residential business)
• Plots preferably with building rights
• Properties with 100 residential units or more with potential for redensification  
• Properties with partial vacancy, demolition or rezoning
