  • Focus on investment locations such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and surrounding areas
  • Rhine-Main area, surrounding Frankfurt + 150 kilometers
  • Cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants or university cities with positive demographic development such as Leipzig, Jena, Bayreuth, Nuremberg and surrounding areas

  • Development with neighborhood character
  • Locations near or directly on the waterfront
  • Industrial wastelands, B-plan or V+E plan procedures
  • Inner-city A+B locations with potential for upgrading
  • Good or very good public transport connections
     

Suitable projects

  • Apartment buildings (privately financed/subsidized)
  • Multi-family housing
  • GFA to be built of at least 6,500 m2
  • Commercial share of up to approx. 30 percent possible (daycare center, residential commercial or similar)
  • Properties with and without building rights
  • Properties with partial vacancy, demolition or rezoning
  • Properties with 100 or more residential units with redensification potential
