BUWOG currently has a development pipeline of around 55,000 residential units in Germany. We are looking for additional suitable sites throughout Germany for our future project developments.

- Focus on investment locations such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and surrounding areas
- Rhine-Main area, surrounding Frankfurt + 150 kilometers
- Cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants or university cities with positive demographic development such as Leipzig, Jena, Bayreuth, Nuremberg and surrounding areas
Positions
- Development with neighborhood character
- Locations near or directly on the waterfront
- Industrial wastelands, B-plan or V+E plan procedures
- Inner-city A+B locations with potential for upgrading
- Good or very good public transport connections
Suitable projects
- Apartment buildings (privately financed/subsidized)
- Multi-family housing
- GFA to be built of at least 6,500 m2
- Commercial share of up to approx. 30 percent possible (daycare center, residential commercial or similar)
- Properties with and without building rights
- Properties with partial vacancy, demolition or rezoning
- Properties with 100 or more residential units with redensification potential
