ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER
The ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER is being built on the site of the former Cannstatt bedspring factory on a plot of around 10,000 m². It is located in Bad Cannstatt, one of the oldest and most populous residential districts in the state capital of Stuttgart with 18 city districts. The site for the ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER is located in the Schmidener-Vorstadt, in an attractive location between vineyards and the Neckar.
A total of 116 new flats are being built here with around 9,500 m² of floor space in four-storey apartment blocks, as well as residential commercial space of around 2,500 m² and a daycare centre with around 560 m² of floor space. There is space for cars in the shared underground car park, which will have around 144 parking spaces.
In the course of this high-quality brownfield development, space formerly used for industrial purposes will be converted into new living space in the ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER Stuttgart.
Editorial note: Historically, this project may have been started by earlier companies or project teams that are now part of BUWOG. This project is therefore also listed on the BUWOG website for the sake of completeness.

ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER

Hofener Str. / Zuckerleweg, 70374 Stuttgart

With over 600,000 inhabitants, Stuttgart is one of the ten largest cities in Germany and continues to grow. To the right of the Neckar, in the north of Bad Cannstatt, the ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER is being created - as a new part of Stuttgart.

• Stuttgart main station can be reached by public transport in around 25 minutes.
• Shopping facilities, restaurants and sports and leisure facilities are located in the surrounding area.
• To the south, the popular Wilhelma, the only zoological and botanical garden in Germany, is within walking distance. To the north of the ZUCKERLE-QUARTIER, footpaths lead to the nature reserve around Lake Max-Eyth.
