Living meets working, meets culture and experience! The ROSENSTEIN MITTE project has created a lively mix in the new Rosenstein district in the north of Stuttgart. The highlights of the district development and the ROSENSTEIN MITTE quarter are the green space extensions of the Schlossgarten and Rosensteinpark onto the former railway tracks. The ROSENSTEIN MITTE project has created a total of 44 flats as part of the new urban quarter, as well as 217 furnished flats and around 8,500 square metres of office space, as well as around 1,200 square metres of retail space to meet local needs.
The total of 261 residential units in ROSENSTEIN MITTE offer an urban mix of new living space with areas ranging from 1 to 3 rooms and 38 to 103 square metres. State-of-the-art building technology with ceiling sails with heating and cooling functions ensure a high level of user comfort in the quarter. Fully furnished business flats with 20 to 45 square metres are ideal for new companies, innovative ideas and young start-ups that can set up shop here. Thanks to underground car parking spaces with e-charging stations, the outdoor areas of the ROSENSTEIN MITTE ensemble are reserved for recreational activities. The sustainable concept of the quarter is complemented by green roofs, intensively landscaped courtyards and an energy concept with a connection to the EnBW district heating network.
Editorial note: This project may have been realised historically by earlier companies or project teams that are now part of BUWOG. This project is therefore also listed on the BUWOG website for the sake of completeness.
