Stuttgart is growing - and BUWOG is creating the new living space it needs. As part of the planned QUARTIER AM GLEISBOGENPARK, seven attractive apartment buildings with different storeys are being built. Here we are implementing the sustainable principles of optimal use of space with urban density where the central urban structure allows. This supports the creation of residential and commercial space without having to seal new areas - a valuable contribution to the EU's political goal of net zero sealing.
The total living space of the QUARTIER AM GLEISBOGENPARK covers around 28,000 m² and thus offers enough space for around 290 new apartments of all sizes. And there is so much more to go with the living space: commercial and office space, a new daycare center, a shared underground car park and a natural environment that people and nature can enjoy.
