The project so.what was also created in collaboration with Atelier 5. The project was created above the Take 5 project and forms a unit with it. Just like Take 5, so.what stands on a terrace, set apart from the street Zur Kalbacher Höhe. The four buildings are grouped around a central courtyard, which is linked to the courtyard of Take 5 by a footpath. Thus, even though separated by a street, the two projects form a single unit and are finely interwoven. The project was nominated by the Hesse Chamber of Architects for participation in the 2012 Day of Architecture.

History of the residential concept: This project was already completed in 2010 by the company BIEN-RIES, which today belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhein-Main.
