Lillestad
BUWOG is developing the new Lillestad quarter on a former barracks site in several construction phases. Four historic and listed buildings in the so-called Klinkerhöfe are currently being renovated, where around 186 rental apartments with 1 to 4 rooms are being built. Preparations for the first sales phase with 106 owner-occupied apartments (1.5 to 5 rooms, approx. 42 to 140 m²) are already being planned.

BUWOG will build a total of around 1,450 apartments as part of the development of the sustainable and family-friendly urban quarter. Together with other developers, a new quarter for around 10,000 people is being created with daycare centers, schools, parks and neighborhood squares on the 140-hectare site between the city of Potsdam and the Döberitzer Heide.
