WOHNEN IN KRAMPNITZ
On a former barracks site, BUWOG is redeveloping four historic and listed buildings in the so-called Klinkerhöfe in a first construction phase and realizing 185 rental apartments with 1 to 4 rooms there. In total, BUWOG will build around 1,800 apartments as part of the development of the sustainable and family-friendly urban quarter. Together with other project developers, a new urban district for around 10,000 people with daycare centers, schools, parks, neighborhood squares and up to 4,900 new rental and owner-occupied apartments is to be created on the 140-hectare site between the City of Potsdam and the Döberitzer Heide.

Committed to Krampnitz: BUWOG supports and accompanies the open day in Krampnitz as a sponsor on 2.9.2023 from 10 am to 6 pm. Under the motto "City of Tomorrow - Potsdam's New North", there will be, among other things, guided tours, a varied program and lots of information about the construction progress in Krampnitz.

Between city and nature

Ketziner Straße / Gellertstraße, 14476 Potsdam

Living close to nature: Between Krampnitzsee, Königswald and Döberitzer Heide, a new urban district for around 10,000 people is being built on a 140-hectare former barracks site. Over the next 10 to 20 years, the Krampnitz urban development area in the north of Potsdam, the capital of the German state of Brandenburg, will develop into an attractive urban district with daycare centers, schools and residential businesses, combining the advantages of a large city with living close to nature. A major project that will be realized hand in hand with private and municipal stakeholders.

• Low-car urban quarter
• Neighborhood-owned daycare centers and schools
• Dense network of bike paths and footpaths
