The project at Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse 8 in Pinneberg near the Ebertpassagen shopping center consists of 25 apartments and has a floor space of around 1,400 m². There will also be 14 parking spaces. The apartments will have 2-3 rooms with a size of 45-75m². One apartment will consist of 4 rooms with 98m². The house has the KfW 55 standard for energy-efficient houses. The house will be made of sustainable and climate-neutral poroton construction. The outdoor areas will have a lively design and invite you to linger. All apartments are planned to be barrier-free. Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse 8 in Pinneberg will be the first new building in the center of Pinneberg. The building will also have a green roof. The apartments will be heated by quarter heating and have underfloor heating. Construction is scheduled to start around March 2025 and end in the first quarter of 2027. (TH)
