BUWOG is planning to build around 300 apartments on the approximately 50,000 m² site in Naunhof, southeast of Leipzig. The site is located between Straße des 9. November and Grillensee in Naunhof.
The quarter comprises nine apartment buildings. A total of around 300 condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms are being built. The main focus is on apartments suitable for the elderly and families. All apartments have a balcony or terrace or, depending on the location, a roof terrace or garden area as well as direct access to the green outdoor areas. In the future, one commercial unit will serve as a neighborhood meeting place and house a small café, for example.
