ZAM Freiham impresses with its iconic architecture and unites an urban combination of residential, commercial, shopping, catering and working areas. The renowned architectural firm Störmer Murphy and Partners was commissioned to design the extraordinary architecture.
The ZAM Freiham residential complex offers flats ranging in size from 1 to 5 rooms on a living space of around 30 to 105 m². The commercial units will be realised entirely according to the individual ideas of the respective companies in terms of room layout and choice of materials.
The sustainability concept for the ZAM Freiham project includes e-charging stations for cars and bicycles, sharing services (car sharing, bike sharing, pedelecs) for residents, green roof areas and courtyards as well as photovoltaic systems on the roofs. The KfW 55 energy efficiency standard will be achieved and the building will be awarded DGNB New Building Gold certification.
Editorial note: The planning of this project may have been started by earlier companies or project teams that are now part of BUWOG. This project is therefore also listed on the BUWOG website for the sake of completeness.
