At the centre of HOFMARK is a high-quality public green space of around 2,600 m². Underground car parking spaces with e-charging stations make the stationary traffic disappear underground. The quarter is characterised by roof terraces and recreational areas as well as other green spaces.
The offices impress with their modern architectural language, flexible and efficient floor plans and divisible spaces from 400 m². Catering and fitness facilities create an activating environment in which both users and residents feel comfortable.
As part of this brownfield development, HOFMARK am Olympiapark has implemented a special sustainability concept. This includes DGNB certification, many extensive green spaces, e-charging stations for cars and bicycles, certification in accordance with the international LEED standard (commercial) and connection to the district heating network of Stadtwerke München.
