The building in Amalie-Nacken-Strasse is part of the “ZAM” project in Munich Freiham. The project also includes the streets Mahatma-Gandhi-Platz, Helmut-Schmidt-Allee and Emilie-Maurer-Straße. A new quarter will be created here by 2040. At 350 hectares, the project is one of the largest neighborhood developments in Europe. By 2030, 25,000 new residents are expected to move in here. On two construction sites, 18-storey high-rise buildings with a mix of residential, office and retail segments are being built to the KfW 55 energy standard. The four new buildings share two underground parking levels. There will be 401 underground parking spaces.

The project is located in Munich Freiham. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the main train station, 25 minutes to the exhibition center or 30 minutes to the airport. The Munich-Freiham S-Bahn station is nearby. By public transport, you can be in the city center in 30 minutes or at the exhibition grounds in just under an hour. There is also a bus station in the immediate vicinity. There are also educational facilities nearby, such as the Freiham educational campus, daycare centers and elementary school.
