With BUWOG Kupferhaus, BUWOG is creating new living space in Leipzig. A total of 36 new-build apartments were completed here in 2024. The apartment sizes at BUWOG Kupferhaus range from 2 to 5 rooms and around 41 m² to 166 m² of living space and are designed in a variety of ways to meet different local living needs. The motto: city living for everyone.

The design for the "Kupferhaus" comes from the Leipzig office of Mann & Schott Architekten. The architecturally appealing apartment building showcases the prominent corner location with strikingly offset balconies facing south-west. First floor areas with a high-quality stone look emphasize the address. With its pitched roof, BUWOG KUPFERHAUS blends in perfectly with the surrounding historic buildings in the neighborhood, while additional dormer windows structure the roof and create bright, friendly living spaces. An underground garage with 16 parking spaces completes the offer. In the landscaped rear courtyard, there are parking spaces for bicycles, recreational areas and a small playground with seating for the residents.
