On Marktoberdorfer Straße in Kaufbeuren, four apartment buildings with up to five full stories are being added to an open space between existing residential buildings. This high-quality redensification project by BUWOG will create a total of 60 new and modern rental apartments, most of which will have a balcony or terrace. Under the direction of BUWOG and thanks to an innovative brick modular construction method, the construction time is expected to be significantly reduced to only six months. This means that new living space can be created quickly and, at the same time, the construction phase will be significantly shorter, also with regard to the occupied surroundings that need to be taken into account.

At the same time, BUWOG is creating 60 above-ground parking spaces, including pre-installation for e-mobility, as well as 60 bicycle parking spaces and 16 storage boxes in the outdoor area as an alternative to basement rooms. Elevators to all floors and attractive fittings with modern tiled bathrooms, parquet flooring in the living areas, and high-quality carpenter-built kitchens with electrical appliances round off the new offering.
