In the second phase of the Skyline project, also planned by the architects of BIEN-RIES GmbH, a different architectural language was chosen. The architecture realized in the first section was streamlined and transformed into a distinctly cubic appearance. In the organization of the floor plans, the classic storey apartment is frequently encountered. Due to the possibility of manual guidance in the rescue, part of the penthouse apartments was provided with a basement facing the street.The 7 buildings are located on a common underground parking garage.

History of the residential concept:This project was already completed in 2009 by the company BIEN-RIES, which since 2019 belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhein-Main.
