In the previously described expert procedure, the planning team of BIEN-RIES GmbH was able to prevail with its ideas for development along Skylineblick Street. At one of the most beautiful and prominent locations in the new Riedberg district, we built five unusual urban villas.
Situated on the terrace above Bonifatiuspark, facing south and west, the residents enjoy a magnificent view of the Frankfurt city skyline. This view, which our entire team was enthusiastic about from the very beginning, inspired us to create an architecture that is unparalleled in Frankfurt.
In 2006, the SKYLiNE project was chosen as one of two residential lead projects of the city of Frankfurt.
