On a brownfield site at the corner of Goldsteinstraße and Hahnstraße in Frankfurt a.M.-Niederrad, which was last used as a parking lot, BIEN-RIES GmbH realized the new construction of six to eight-story apartment buildings. The building project was realized in 3 construction phases and bears the name "PIANOCOURTS".

A characteristic component of the facades are the generous balconies with integrated planters, which set a playful accent through their staggered arrangement and "green" the facade over a large area. The generous outdoor concept with the street-side terraced front gardens and the west-facing inner courtyards with their park-like planting consistently continue the concept of the "green lung" in the middle of the city.

History of the residential concept: This project was already completed in 2017 by the company BIEN-RIES, which today belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhine-Main.
