LADY DI'S LOVE AFFAIR - is our Croatian-born architect's declaration of love for her extraordinary living concept. Courageous but not cocky, Dijana Sustelo has put the design on paper and now a highly emotional living concept emerges from it. But the architecture is only one facet. We have discussed a lot about the highly individual interior with its more than 130 different apartment floor plans, the park-like design of the outdoor facilities or the innovative energy concept - but now the work is finished and the outstanding interest in our living concept with the very individual name is enormous.

History of the residential concept: This project was already completed in 2015 by the company BIEN-RIES, which today belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhein-Main.
