The large feelin' good project comprises a total of 208 apartments in twelve buildings. The project was realized in three construction phases and was developed in collaboration with the architect Prof. Ernst Ulrich Scheffler and his team.
The buildings of the first two construction phases each enclose an inner courtyard that opens to the west towards the city villas. The inner courtyards were very elaborately fitted with hand-crafted quarry stone walls. These walls also serve to overcome the differences in height within the complex. The buildings are faced with distinctive brick surfaces, whose umber base tone contrasts with the white of the rest of the facades. Stationary traffic is fully accommodated in the underground garage.
History of the residential concept: This project was already completed in 2012 by the company BIEN-RIES, which today belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhein-Main.
