In three construction phases south of Bonifatiuspark, the architects of BIEN-RIES GmbH developed eight buildings that convey a clear language in their cubic appearance. Based on the geometric archetype of the cuboid, the buildings were composed in a simple yet lively manner. The incised loggias and the recurring play in the facades with the rectangular shapes of the windows and the sliding elements in front of them make the houses appear to be in motion from every perspective.

The BO.PARK.LANE project was nominated by the Hesse Chamber of Architects for participation in the 2013 Day of Architecture.

History of the residential concept: This project was already completed in 2013 by the company BIEN-RIES, which today belongs to BUWOG Bauträger GmbH and realizes high-quality new construction projects in Frankfurt & Rhein-Main.
