The THERMENGARTEN ERDING project forms the southern end of a residential quarter developed in recent years, which is primarily characterised by small-scale development structures with terraced houses. The new quarter on the corner of Sigwolfstrasse and Am Wasserwerk is designed for singles, couples and families alike and is characterised by good connections to the city centre and the S-Bahn network.
