The new buildings will contain a total of 39 apartments with a total living space of around 2,645 square meters. The apartments range from compact 34-square-meter units to spacious apartments measuring over 100 square meters – ideal for singles, couples, and families alike. Both buildings will be equipped with photovoltaic systems and new parking spaces with pre-installation for electric charging stations.
Between 2021 and 2025, the former factory housing estate with its 19 apartment buildings and over 130 existing apartments was completely renovated and more than 60 new apartments were created by adding attic floors. The project will be completed with two new buildings that blend harmoniously into the neighborhood and complete the modern green space between Rembrandtstraße and Kolumbusstraße. (MD)
