A new piece of Böblingen has been created: With the CITY CARRÉ, Böblingen's city centre has gained an attractive highlight that combines living and working in equal measure.
The CITY CARRÉ impresses with a mix of residential and modern, variable space for retail, offices and practices - with high-quality fittings and rooms flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing.
The CITY CARRÉ in Böblingen has created a total of around 7,000 square metres of floor space in the residential area. This is usefully supplemented by around 2,400 square metres of floor space for residential commercial use.
The total of 107 completed residential units offer a mix of 1 to 5 rooms, creating the right offer for all living requirements. The flats range in size from around 39 to 150 square metres. Green courtyards and outdoor areas provide recreational and meeting areas for residents.
The energy-efficient KfW 55 standard, photovoltaic system on the roof and e-charging stations are elements of the sustainability concept of the CITY CARRÉ Böblingen quarter.
