The project buildings with two striking residential towers consist of 12 storeys and 168 apartments. They have 1 - 4-room apartments. On the west side, the buildings have large, staggered balconies with a view of the greenery. Unlike the buildings in the surrounding area, these two buildings have elevators. The green spaces in the immediate vicinity flow through the apartments with natural ventilation, even in summer. The project is BUWOG's first high-rise project in Germany.
