Haus an der Dahme
As part of the sustainable Quartier 52° Nord, the Haus an der Dahme with its four floors plus a staggered floor is located directly on the waterfront. The Berlin office AUKETT + HEESE architects was responsible for general planning services and architecture.

This exclusive waterfront location meets timeless architecture that emphasizes brightness, spaciousness and high-quality materials. Sliding elements made of Italian fiberglass provide protection against sun and wind. In this way, balconies and loggias virtually become another room.

Thanks to the cleverly elevated first floors on the riverside, the garden apartments there have sheltered terraces.

Living on the waterfront

Teichmummelring, 12527 Berlin

Happy living on the banks of the Dahme: Quartier 52° Nord is a sustainable residential quarter in one of Berlin's greenest districts. Based on the sponge city model, the first construction phase saw the creation of a 6,000 m² water basin, which is the visual and ecological heart of the quarter and borders the neighbourhood square with a café. By 2026, a sustainable quarter for all generations with around 1,000 apartments, thought out in every detail, will have been built.
