The GERVIN & WILMERS project in Berlin's multifaceted Charlottenburg district interprets traditional residential culture in a modern way. Here, apartments with flexible room concepts and variable floor plans have been created on six floors plus a stacked floor to meet the diverse demands of modern city dwellers. Thus, the project is particularly adapted to the different lifestyles and family sizes.
The versatile facade supports the address formation and integrates a commercial unit located at the corner.
