In Europacity Berlin, close to the main train station, Charité hospital and government district, BUWOG THE ONE is the new heart of the capital: a modern urban quarter, located on Otto-Weidt-Platz and the waterfront promenade of the Berlin-Spandau shipping canal.
The designs come from the offices of Grüntuch Ernst Architekten and rohdecan Architekten, who were the winners of an architectural competition. With clinker elements and large-scale window installations, BUWOG THE ONE is a striking building whose facade along the water opens up with sculpturally folded, triangular loggias.
