The BUWOG SPREEWINKEL new-build project will create 141 new, partly barrier-free condominiums with 1 to 4 rooms and versatile floor plans in five multi-storey buildings. All apartments will be designed with a balcony or terrace and will be directly accessible from the underground car park. Some of the apartments will even have an unobstructed view of the water.
A special feature is the wood-hybrid construction method, in which the buildings are partly constructed from wood, a climate-friendly and renewable raw material. The future communal areas will be planted with a variety of trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials. A playground with a sandpit and play equipment for children completes the complex. (TH)
