The new BUWOG HAVELLICHTER ensemble will extend along the Havel, along an approximately 200 metre long section of the Spandau Havel promenade with a view of Eiswerder Island and the Pioneer Island in front of it. A total of 11 buildings are being constructed, consisting of 7 apartment blocks with 3 to 5 storeys plus a staggered storey, as well as 17 terraced houses spread over 4 buildings.
