The BUWOG project 12 DECKS is located on Ludwigsluster Straße in Berlin. Until 2018, the completely sealed site was home to a low-rise commercial building with a parking lot. The ensemble built on this site consists of two striking residential towers with a height of 12 stories. Here, on Ludwigsluster Straße, BUWOG is constructing a total of 168 new apartments between 2021 and 2025, which will be attractive new rental properties. The apartments range from 1 to 4 rooms. On the west side facing away from the street, the buildings in the DECK 12 project have large, staggered balconies with views of greenery. Unlike the buildings in the surrounding area, these two high-rise buildings have modern elevators on all floors. The green spaces created in the immediate vicinity as part of the new construction project are designed to allow natural ventilation to flow through the apartments, ensuring pleasant freshness even in summer. In addition, the inner courtyard gives the two towers a communal center for neighbors to meet. This project on Ludwigsluster Straße is BUWOG's first high-rise project in Germany and was successfully completed and leased in 2025. (MD)
