GLOCKENGUT
Welcome to the GLOCKENGUT project in beautiful Bayreuth in the Bavarian administrative district of Upper Franconia. GLOCKENGUT is being built in the popular Glocke district. The ensemble offers space for around 290 rental and owner-occupied flats on around 20,000 m² of floor space. The new living space in the Glockengut project is spread over several staggered buildings, which, with three to five storeys, fit in well with the surroundings of the Wagnerstadt.
The Glockengut project is characterised by modern architecture, a suitable mix of flats for all needs from students to families, large balconies and terraces as well as attractive outdoor facilities with recreational qualities and new play areas. The proposed cantilevered balcony constructions made of wood or steel create a high quality of living space and structure the façades.
The plans include rental flats in buildings 1-12 (186 residential units), four-storey residential construction in building 13 for student accommodation (70 residential units), three-storey residential construction for 12 condominiums in building 14 and rows of terraced houses with 18 residential units for families. There will also be around 164 underground car parking spaces and 27 outdoor parking spaces.
Editorial note: Historically, this project may have been realised by previous companies or project teams that are now part of BUWOG. This project is therefore also listed on the BUWOG website for the sake of completeness.
