BUWOG has been recognised as a LEADING EMPLOYER. The Institute of Research & Data Aggregation has awarded the leading residential property developer in Germany a place among the TOP one percent of the country’s best employers and presented BUWOG with a certificate in recognition of its comprehensive employer qualities.
BUWOG currently has approximately 350 employees at eight locations and is the leading private residential property developer in Germany. BUWOG’s current LEADING EMPLOYER award is the result of the institute’s AI-supported meta-study in nine areas of investigation. Among other things, the study analysed the company’s image and attractiveness as an employer, as well as the dimensions of salary, work-life quality, corporate culture and the implementation of ESG criteria within the company. By collecting several million data points, the study also includes authentic testimonials from review platforms, forums and elsewhere in its results. This puts BUWOG among the top one per cent of employers in Germany.
