Which employers currently offer an attractive employment environment and the best job prospects? The research firm ServiceValue identified the best companies for the study TOP CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 2025.
Whether on Kununu, LinkedIn or Glassdoor: users share their firsthand experiences with their employers on numerous networks and websites. What is reported online concerning jobs, career prospects and corporate culture at selected employers? Using AI-supported “social listening”, the research firm ServiceValue gathered online mentions, comments and reviews concerning 16,300 companies for DEUTSCHLAND TEST and FOCUS Money between August 2023 and September 2025. Relevant factors such as salary, employee growth, the share of female employees and female managers, talent management, further training and employee development were considered in the categories of career, corporate culture and working environment. The resulting Top Career Opportunities 2025 award is based on the total score achieved. The award is given to companies that perform above average in the overall ranking.
Among real estate companies, BUWOG received an award in Deutschland Test’s Top Career Opportunities 2025 study. Daniel Riedl, member of the management board of Vonovia SE responsible, among other things, for BUWOG development in Germany, says: “The promotion of diversity, transparent communication and attractive development paths in a growing company are what set BUWOG apart.
