Summer marks a new chapter for Andrea Dissauer (51): as of 1 June 2026, the qualified real estate manager will take over as director of Property Management at BUWOG in Austria, a role encompassing property management, property accounting, as well as customer and quality management. She will report directly to Kevin Töpfer, who is the managing director responsible for property management at BUWOG.

Andrea Dissauer can look back on a long-standing career in the real estate sector, having held a large number of roles in international and Austrian management.
“As director of the Property Management division at BUWOG, I am taking charge of outstanding teams and therefore consider the most important prerequisite for excellent collaboration fulfilled. Together, we have big plans for the future in Property Management, and I look forward to strengthening and expanding the management division in the interests of our clients,” Dissauer explains.
