We will be pleased to agree to individual payments arrangements with you together and, in the event of arrears, offer the option of paying in instalments (up to 12 monthly instalments). Reductions or the waiver of individual monthly instalments are not possible.

Information on instalments

Basic requirement

During the instalment payment period, the current monthly rent must continue to be paid in accordance with the rental agreement.

Instalment agreement

The amount of the individual instalments and the payment period will be agreed upon with you in writing (instalment repayment plan). You will then jointly transfer the current monthly rent plus the agreed instalments.

Payment problems

Contact us immediately if you are unable to adhere to the agreed repayment plan. Together, we will work out a customised solution so that you can continue to use your residential space.
