Management of BUWOG Group GmbH, consisting of Andreas Holler and Kevin Töpfer, together with a team of approximately 400 employees, ensures smooth operations in every area of business. These include Asset and Property Management (sustainable rentals and portfolio management) for our own and third-party portfolios, Property Sales (the purchase and sale of individual apartments, properties, and portfolios), and Property Development (the planning and construction of new buildings and land acquisition).
BUWOG Managing Director Kevin Töpfer
Kevin Töpfer has been with BUWOG in various positions since 2013. He has been commercial director since the end of 2019 and, at the beginning of 2022, he also took over as director of property management, i.e. the areas of portfolio management, property management and portfolio sales. The areas include sustainable rentals, the management of properties in the BUWOG portfolio and in third-party ownership, the sale of existing properties (individual apartments, properties and portfolios) and the acquisition of residential properties.
Property Management currently oversees approximately 55,000 units. Around 1,800 new rentals and 500 apartment sales are completed annually, underscoring the significant demand for premium housing. With expertise and passion, we ensure proactive, efficient, and integrated property management in order to sustainably enhance the value of our clients' properties and portfolios.
BUWOG Managing Director Andreas Holler
As managing director of BUWOG Group GmbH, Andreas Holler has been responsible for the areas of project development, construction management, sales and acquisitions since the end of 2013. Under Andreas Holler, BUWOG's development pipeline has been considerably expanded over the last few years – it currently has around 5,000 units under construction or in planning.
