BUWOG's core business is the development and management of residential space. To this end, we regularly invest in land purchases for the development of new projects and acquire existing properties in order to integrate them into our portfolio over the long term.

As part of this, all purchases are examined within the scope of a structured investment process and evaluated on the basis of transparent criteria. We assess, for example, the project’s economic potential and its compatibility with BUWOG's investment and portfolio strategy.
