The multifaceted integration of art into BUWOG’s housing aesthetic and at our locations generates one-of-a-kind added value for residents, employees and the general public.

Through our cooperation with outstanding artists, impressive works of art can be found at various residential developments as well as at BUWOG’s own locations and range from the display of works on building façades to light installations and sculptures. This allows art to be experienced as an integrative component of public space in everyday life.

Vonovia Award for Photography
New perspectives on the subject of home

The Vonovia Award for Photography, which was launched in 2017, is endowed with a total of EUR 42,000 and includes three main prizes each year in the “Best Photo Series” category and a young talent award for new photographers.

A selection of the shortlisted winners can be seen in the gallery of the BUWOG Customer and Administrative Centre in Vienna.

The diverse visual worlds of the participants illustrate the vast scope of the term “home” and its meanings, furnishing our employees and visitors with stimulating new views and perspectives on the subjects of home and living.
