With an innovative energy supply system utilizing geothermal probes and photovoltaics, the project meets current requirements for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the EU taxonomy.

Each apartment has between 1 and 4 rooms and features a private outdoor space (garden, patio, or balcony).

An on-site parking garage with parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations is being built on the garage level.
