The innovative double facade with interior windows and a thermal buffer provides enhanced sound insulation, while controlled ventilation optimally supplies the apartments with fresh air. This facade solution helps improve the indoor climate and can reduce energy consumption thanks to its insulating buffer effect. Optimal room temperature control is ensured by concrete core activation, supplementary cooling, and external sun protection in the form of elegant external blinds.
The Favorit Tower also offers numerous amenities: storage rooms, modern shared office spaces, practical common areas, a guest lounge, and a sauna are available to residents. A playground for children and teenagers on the roof of the podium building, as well as a multi-level parking garage on the 1st through 3rd floors, round out the offerings.
