In the Liefering district of Salzburg, the Südtiroler Quartier is taking shape as a new residential neighborhood featuring modern rental apartments and spacious green spaces.
The construction method is particularly noteworthy: The Südtiroler Quartier will be Austria’s largest wood-frame residential project, combining sustainable construction with contemporary living.
The apartments range from 2- to 4-room units with approximately 42 to 80 m² of living space and feature well-designed floor plans for singles, couples, and families.
