As part of the Vienna Housing Initiative, BUWOG constructed a total of 164 rental apartments in four buildings at Vorgartenstraße 98–106, near the former Vienna Nordbahnhof. The residential buildings feature attractive green spaces and open areas between the structures and were recognized as one of the top 50 “Wohnbauten des Jahres 2021”.
