- Successful transaction between JP Immobilien & BUWOG
- Development of 116 condominiums in Lange Allee
- Sales to begin in autumn 2025
BUWOG Group GmbH has acquired the “Lange Allee” residential project from JP Immobilien. The sale took place as part of a share deal. The contracting parties have agreed to confidentiality concerning the purchase price. BUWOG and JP Immobilien will be jointly responsible for marketing the apartments.
Just at the beginning of the year BUWOG announced an investment offensive in connection with a number of construction launches in Vienna, Lower Austria and Salzburg in 2025. With the acquisition of this project, the company confirms that this strategy is to be maintained: “BUWOG is continually on the lookout for exciting properties and projects to counteract the impending housing shortage in urban centres,” says Andreas Holler, managing director of BUWOG Group GmbH. “We are therefore extremely delighted that we were able to acquire this attractive development opportunity in an excellent location and thus enhance our portfolio.”
Daniel Jelitzka, owner and managing partner of JP Immobilien, adds: “The successful handover of the project to BUWOG has paved the way for its successful development. This is part of our portfolio restructuring, with which we intend to make greater use of current opportunities on the Austrian property market in the future and further expand our hospitality portfolio both nationally and internationally.”
Urban living with a high quality of life
The project at Lange Allee 6A in Vienna’s 22nd district is just a few minutes’ walk from the Alte Donau and, with 116 new apartments, offers a large number of families, couples and singles a residential experience that is close to nature – embedded in a quiet neighbourhood of detached houses. Once completed, the one- to four-room apartments will feature expansive open areas such as balconies, terraces and gardens. They will also feature compelling premium fixtures and fittings combined with energy-efficient concepts. Both the Alte Donau and the Donauinsel offer green recreational areas as well as numerous leisure opportunities and restaurant options. In the Donauzentrum and the Stadlau business park, future residents will find a wide range of shopping options and local amenities, such as a medical centre. The well-developed public transport network ensures quick connections, as bus, tram and suburban train stations are mere minutes away from the project.
Sales begin in autumn 2025.
